Description

Summary: 3 pieces of an Early Saxon bronze toilet set consisting of an ear scoop, with piercing at top enabling it to be held on a ring, about a third of the scoop remaining, 1 bronze pin, circular in cross-section tapering to a point, most of a loop / piercing at top missing and part of the ring that held them, from the pagan Saxon cemetery called 'Black Patch' at Blacknall Field, Pewsey, Wiltshire, excavated by Ken Annable and the Wiltshire Archaeological and Natural History Society, 1969-1976.
