waste flake

Description

Summary: 20 waste flint flake - many are core-flakes, probably neolithic but some could be debitage from mesolithic flint knapping. All found in the ditch fill of Ditch II Cutting IIIb ii, from a small field known as Oliver's Hill Field, Cherhill, Wiltshire, excavated by I F Smith and J G Evans, on behalf of the Wiltshire Archaeological and Natural History Society, 1967.
