Identification note: medals: 2 x enamelled design; 9 x plain shield shaped; 8 x with design of two crossed sickles within an oak wreath with trilithon above and acorn beneath; with label on back recording maker

Summary: United Ancient Order of Druids District Vice President's chain of office for Hull Lodge; dark blue velvet background on which is attached a large central medallion and 19 smaller linked medals; suspended from it is a large ornate gilded and enamelled pendant
