Summary: Unaccessioned collection of Roman coins left at the Museum by the finder, with no details, except for a find spot of 'Salisbury Plain'. They have been used for XRF analysis and Portable Antiquities Scheme training by the British Museum.

Identification note: Returned to the museum by Sam Moorhead, British Museum. September 2023. Removed from the museum in 2003 for XRF analysis and PAS training - 'standard metal detecting finds - grot'
