Description

Summary: A collection of 10 ox bones, vertebra, leg and jaw bone with teeth, there may be a horse tooth included. There is one bone which could be a leg bone's epiphyseal plate from the knee. Part of the Owen Meyrick Collection of prehistoric material, presented to the Wiltshire Archaeological and Natural History Society in 1983.
