Summary: 2 pieces of an Early Saxon iron oval shaped buckle, 1 half of the buckle, probably lower half as no evidence of tongue loop and part of the tongue remaining, from the pagan Saxon cemetery called 'Black Patch' at Blacknall Field, Pewsey, Wiltshire, excavated by Ken Annable and the Wiltshire Archaeological and Natural History Society, 1969-1976.
