Description

Summary: World War Two medals awarded to Denis Anstie. Territorial, 1939-45 Service, Defence, Burma Star and Battle of Britain. Five in total. Denis Anstie was in the territorial army and served with the anti aircraft crews during the Blitz in 236 Battery Royal Artillery. Known as Bombardier R D Anstie R A. He was later posted to Burma for three years to fight the Japanese.\n
