Description

Summary: 1 Iron Age piece of worked bronze. Horseshoe shaped with a 'D' shaped cross-section. Possibly part of a terret. From the early Iron Age settlement (early La Tene period) at Swallowcliffe Down, Swallowcliffe, Wiltshire. Excavated by Dr R C C Clay, 1925.
