Description

Summary: King Henry VIII Barn, Wolfhall, Burbage, Marlborough. Two slightly different views of the same barn, although the barn is in a more dilapidated condition in the second card. Both cards have the same printed annotation:-'In this barn, which formed a portion of Wolfhall, the residence of Sir John Seymour, his daughter Lady Jane Seymour was married to King Henry VIII. The apartment was hung with tapestry, some remnants of which, and the tenter hooks that fastened it may still be seen'. Undated, probably early twentieth century.
