Summary: 2 pieces of iron, type D2, of an Early Saxon shield grip, both with large flat rivet heads visible, 1 with rivet shaft, from the pagan Saxon cemetery called 'Black Patch' at Blacknall Field, Pewsey, Wiltshire, excavated by Ken Annable and the Wiltshire Archaeological and Natural History Society, 1969-1976.
