Description

Summary: 1 piece of charred daub with grooves caused by the charred wattle from the roof of the pit, from the Iron Age period, from the early Iron Age settlement (early La Tene period) at Swallowcliffe Down, Swallowcliffe, Wiltshire. Excavated by Dr R C C Clay, 1925.
