Description

Summary: A stone axe, Group I, partly perforated at centre on both faces. Encircling mark at approximately 15mm from the proximal end. 3 paper labels, two dated 1900 and 1907 respectively, one identifying a cottage at Shrewton as the find spot. From Beacon Hill, Bulford, Wiltshire.
