Content summary: 3 January 1810 : W Martin, Macclesfield to William Cunnington– has obrained 'Sheppey' fossils but is disappointed with them. Thaks WmC for recommending his books and will send 'any further orders carriage paid to any part of England' …. 'this I can do without loss as the exorbitant demands of the London Booksellers, and the time they expect before they settle for book 'sold' exceed anything of which I had conception.'
