Identification note: Marked 'B.I. E.R' in black ink

Summary: 1 coarse thick rim sherd appearing to come from a Deverel Rimbury-type globular pot as it curves sharply outwards after a drop from rim of circa 4cms, from the early Iron Age Hillfort at Figsbury Rings, Winterbourne Dauntsey, near Salisbury, Wiltshire, excavated by Mrs M. E. Cunnington and Mr B. H. Cunnington, 1924.
