Summary: 1 Early Saxon iron fitting consisting of a loop with ends flattened to possibly allow an object to be riveted into place, possible remains of rivet in the centre of this plate, from the pagan Saxon cemetery called 'Black Patch' at Blacknall Field, Pewsey, Wiltshire, excavated by Ken Annable and the Wiltshire Archaeological and Natural History Society, 1969-1976.
