Description

Identification note: the base map is proably the O.S. first edition, one inch to one mile, but the date the annotations were made is not known. May have been annotated by Thomas E, Blackwell, civil engineer.

Summary: ordnance survey one inch to one mile scale map of the northern half of Wiltshire and part of Gloucestershire annotated with archaeological features e.g. hillforts, arrows, old roads etc.
