Description

Summary: 1 disc of chalk resembling a large spindle whorl with a central hole worn to an oval and with a smaller hole on one side of it, from the Iron Age period. From the Iron Age and Romano-British settlement at Casterley Camp, Upavon, Wiltshire. Excavated by Mr and Mrs B. H Cunnington, 1909-1910.
