Description

Identification note: All 3 barrows previously excavated by J Thurnam in 1860, see WAM VI, p.323.

Summary: 10 flint flakes of various sizes, one of which appears to be a microlithe blade + B group, from the Neolithic pit, from round barrow G61, Roughridge Hill, Bishops Cannings, Wiltshire, excavated by Mrs E Proudfoot, 1964.
