Description

Summary: 9 black and white photographs and 1 colour photograph of the Manor House and farm, Froxfield, Wiltshire. 1 - John Redman for whom the Manor was built in 1849. 2 - group portrait of the golden wedding celebrations of Mr and Mrs John Redman. 3 and 4 - two photographs that form a panoramic view of Manor Farm and the surrounding area which extends from the school on the extreme left to the College on the right with the Norfolk Reed thatched buildings of the farm in the foreground. 5 - looking from Bedwyn Hill towards the farm. 6 - the farm buildings in disrepair, probably 1900's. 7-10 - The Manor House. 7 and 8 - two views of the front and side elevations of the house, looking across the paddock from the Littlecote Road. 9 - south side of the house taken from the gravel drive. 10 - colour photograph of the front elevation of the house, looking across the drive and lawns.
