Identification note: Francis Broome lived at the Manor of Bushton, built by his father Ralph Broome in 1747

Summary: photocopy of a manuscript lease dated 23 March 1787 between Francis Broome, Gentleman of Bushton in the parish of Clyffe Pyppard, Wiltshire, and Edward Homes of Wootton Bassett for a dwelling house fronting the High Street in Wootton Bassett forone year for the sum of five shillings; with wax seal and signature of Francis Broome
