Description

Summary: 1 English art pottery jug , conical shaped, tapering to rolled over rim with lip, spliced handle, spreading foot and flat base, 2 bands of 4 horizontal incised lines on body each end of handle, glazed inside and out with 'pewter' type glaze, manufactured by Dicker Pottery, Uriah Clark and Nephews, Lower Dicker, Sussex, circa 1930s but pre 1959, acquired from the McLaren Foundation, Clouds Estate, East Knoyle, Salisbury, Wiltshire, 2005.
