Description

Summary: 1 pottery barrel shaped jar with 5 small holes in the base, possibly used for bee keeping. There is also a small hole in the body of the vessel, from the early Iron Age settlement at All Cannings Cross Farm, All Cannings Cross, Wiltshire. Excavated by Mr B H Cunnington and Mrs M E Cunnington, 1911-22.
