Identification note: All 3 barrows previously excavated by J Thurnam in 1860, see WAM VI, p.323.

Summary: 1 base sherd and 1 body sherd, soft granulated fabric, medium to large grog inclusions, body sherd possibly beaker, found on charcoal patch on historic land surface, from round barrow G62, Roughridge Hill, Bishops Cannings, Wiltshire, excavated by Mrs E Proudfoot, 1964.
