Description

Summary: 1 body sherd of Grooved Ware in a grit tempered, compact, coarse paste fabric with a brown interior, grey core and light brown exterior, with a weathered decoration of a vertical plain cordon separating panels of diagonal grooved lines, from the late neolithic enclosure at Marden Henge, Marden, Wiltshire, excavated by G J Wainwright, 1969.
