Description

Summary: 1 bone comb made from a piece of pelvis, with trimmed edges and smooth surfaces, on the lower side a hole has been drilled diagionally through the bone, probably for suspension and the teeth are sharply but irregularly cut, from the early Iron Age settlement at All Cannings Cross Farm, All Cannings Cross, Wiltshire. Excavated by Mr B H Cunnington and Mrs M E Cunnington, 1911-22.
