Description

Summary: 1 Early Saxon bronze strap end, front strip has rounded end, surface decoration and remains of a rivet hole at one end, behind this is another strip, the same length but half the width, appears to be attached with one rivet, from the pagan Saxon cemetery called 'Black Patch' at Blacknall Field, Pewsey, Wiltshire, excavated by Ken Annable and the Wiltshire Archaeological and Natural History Society, 1969-1976.
