Description

Identification note: Marked DaS indicating find spot on the floor at 'd' on plan, WANHM XLIII p58 diagram

Summary: 1 thick flat rim of Iron Age All Cannings Cross type coarse ware, flint and limestone tempered, from the early Iron Age Hillfort at Figsbury Rings, Winterbourne Dauntsey, near Salisbury, Wiltshire, excavated by Mrs M. E. Cunnington and Mr B. H. Cunnington, 1924.
