Description

Notes: one implement removes plug of cheese for tasting, other is inserted to test condition and fat content of cheese

Summary: two steel cheese testing implements contained within leather case, made by Neesham of Salisbury, Wiltshire, and used by George Giddings (grandfather of donor) at Church Farm, North Bradley, Wiltshire, probably late 19, early 20th century
