Description

Summary: 1 fragment of whistle, cut from the tibia of a sheep-sized animal crudely made, probably broken in the course of manufacure, from Ludgershall Castle, a Medieval Royal Castle and hunting lodge in East Wiltshire, excavated by Peter Addyman and Southampton University, 1964-1972.
