Description

Summary: The first card shows the main shopping street in Warminster in the early 1900s.It was photographed and published by R. Wilkinson and Co. of Trowbridge. Cards 2 and 3 are identical coloured cards and show a road leading into Warminster.Both have a 1904 postmark and are produced by Wilkinson of Trowbridge. Card 4 is coloured and shows the road into Warminster from the south. It is published by Wilkinson of Trowbridge.Card 5 is of Boreham Road, Warminster and has a 1904 postmark.It is one of 'Lucas's Series'.Card 6 is of George Street, Warminster and has a handwritten message on the back dated 23.3.19. It was published by Coate and Parker, Booksellers, Stationers and Printers, Warminster.
