Summary: 1 body sherd of Fengate ware in a coarse fabric with sparse white inclusions up to 7mm in length, with a rough dark brown interior and a smooth grey/brown exterior, found in layer 8-9 in the south east chamber, from West Kennet Long Barrow, Avebury, Wiltshire, excavated by Professor Stuart Piggott and his staff and students at the Department of Prehistoric Archaeology at the University of Edinburgh, 1955-56.1
