Identification note: Also donated at the same time was a set of 6 silver teaspoons given to Mr and Mrs Wright by Major and Mrs Whistler of Imber Court, together with an accompanying note to this effect. Also pair of sheep shears and holster belonging to Percy Daniels.

Summary: Collection of papers and newspapers belonging to Bernie and Amy Phyllis Wright, who were the last couple married in Imber Church before it closed in November 1943. Collection includes photocopies of telegrams of congratulations on their wedding, wedding photgraph, WW2 identity card for Amy Phyllis Wright, certificate awarded to Percy Daniels in 1912, on gaining third prize and a grading of 'Very Good' in sheep shearing competition at Roundway, Devizes on 13 June 1912. Also a collection of National Newspapers, souvenir issues marking major national occasions from 1930's to 1970's, collected by Mr and Mrs Wright.
