flint tool

Description

Summary: 1 triangular-shaped lens of patinated flint worked into almost 'tanged'-type spearhead shape, both edges have been pressure-flaked to form cutting or scraping edges, perhaps a reused piece of an earlier broken tool, from the Neolithic period, found at 'Ogbourne', Wiltshire.
