Content summary: 21 November 1800 : William Cunnington to Arch Deacon Coxe - re. Opening the Barrow which he believes to be of 'high Antiquity' with bodies placed on top of an earlier barrow and that they are British. A Roman pavement has been found near Chatley House. Thinks Oldbury Camp was for religious purposes and gives dimensions. Crocker is preparing a plan of Battlesbury Camp
