Description

Summary: 1 broken fragment having a smooth-dressed base on which is crisply-carved 1 inset semi-circle plus adjoining half semi-circle to a surviving narrow strip of smooth-dressed edge with flattish-carved curvatures extending from the semi-circles suggestive of clothing folds. Found at Monkton Farleigh Priory, Monkton Farleigh, Wiltshire.
