Description

Summary: 1 spherical ball of baked clay with a hole 4mm in diameter and 19mm in depth, from the Iron Age period, from the early Iron Age settlement (early La Tene period) at Swallowcliffe Down, Swallowcliffe, Wiltshire. Excavated by Dr R C C Clay, 1925.
