flint waste

Description

Summary: 64 waste flake -debitage from flint knapping- possibly a mixture of mesolithic and neolithic. Some of the larger flake appear to have some retouch. All found in the top fill of Ditch II, Cutting IV b, from a small field known as Oliver's Hill Field, Cherhill, Wiltshire, excavated by I F Smith and J G Evans, on behalf of the Wiltshire Archaeological and Natural History Society, 1967.
