Description

Summary: Roman silver finger ring, of Henig Type VIII, with roughly circular bezel inscribed 'TOT', thought to be an abbreviation of the Celtic god-name Toutatis or Totatis, a deity often conflated with the Roman god Mars. Found with the use of a metal detector in October 2009, in the Pewsey area.
