axe

Description

Summary: 1 butt end of a broken polished flint axe head. There is a surface layer of 'ochre' colour (probably iron staining) which was present before polishing, perhaps not originally meant for use but for ornamental purpose, from Oare, Wilcot, Wiltshire, collected by J Pike.
