Description

Summary: 1 tranched chisel or small hafted axe head, 90mm x 22mm, mottled patination dark stone and cream, from the early Iron Age Hillfort at Figsbury Rings, Winterbourne Dauntsey, near Salisbury, Wiltshire, excavated by Mrs M. E. Cunnington and Mr B. H. Cunnington, 1924.
