Summary: Framed embroidery in silk and satin of the Wiltshire Regiments Badge, made by Mr Frank Amor, who hand stitched it wihilst interned in camp Chateau-d-Cex, Switzerland, in 1918, after being a prisoner of war within Germany after his capture in the October 1914.Frank Amor was a private in B Company, 2nd Battalion Wiltshire Regiment 1914-1918. He lost fingers during battle and so he taught himself to sew in the camp, to regain the use of his hand.\n
