Description

Summary: Assemblage of coins, metal objects, pottery and animal bone. Part of the Roman hoard found at Manor Farm, Alton Barnes, Wiltshire. Found by Mr C May while using a metal detector in August 2005, and declared as Treasure Trove.

Identification note: These items became separated from the hoard (2005 T348) and remained at the British Museum until September 2023, when they were returned by Sam Moorhead.
