Content summary: Handwritten description of a long barrow with 4 sepia drawings and a plan which was opened on 11th October 1821/Completed for Sir R.C. Hoare/includes a letter from E.C. Lowndes to Canon Jackson thanking him for seding him the account of the long barrow excavation/1875.

Summary: Description of a Long Barrow in the parish of Nettleton in the county of Wilts adjoining to Littleton Drew. Opened 11th October 1821/a handwritten note states "Sketches and requirements on the Littleton Drew and Lugbury Tumuli by Crocker and Skinner in 1822 see Gent. Mag., 1822, I, p. 60/A glued in printed piece also states that this was done for Sir R. C. Hoare and signed by him on the last leaf
