Description

Summary: 1 rounded bone beater with a hole bored down the bone lengthwise and with rivet holes through both surfaces at the butt end, probably used on an upright loom, from the early Iron Age settlement at All Cannings Cross Farm, All Cannings Cross, Wiltshire. Excavated by Mr B H Cunnington and Mrs M E Cunnington, 1911-22.
