Summary: an album of letters, notes and cuttings some by G Poulett-Scrope and J E Jackson, including a pedigree of the related families of Button, Awbrey, Maunsell, Owen, Teuther (?), Perrot and Wolfe; letters from Poulette-Scrope recounting problems with the Inland Revenue and to F A Carrington and others about 'My Wiltshire Collection';printed pamphlet by J E Jackson titled Lost Volume of Aubrey's MSS; extracts from Aubrey's letter to Antony Wood (mid 17th century) (original in Bodleian Library); letter from J E Jackson to James Waylen about Aubrey and Milton with sketches of coats of arms; 'Liber B' paper used in trying to recover John Aubrey's lost volumes on History of North Wiltshire; paper used by Jackson in correspondence with Rev E Wilton of Lavington in settling the arms of Down Ampney which had been 'confusedly' (sic) described by Aubrey, and related letters from Edward Kite
