iron object

Description

Summary: 1 piece of worked iron. Semi circular in shape with a square cross section, severely corroded and so no surface features like nails or rivets can be seen, possibly part of a large hanging loop or hook, from the Iron Age hillfort at Budbury, Bradford on Avon, Wiltshire, excavated by G J Wainwright in 1969.
