Description

Identification note: Classified as Type 2.3 (small ribs) in Smith

Summary: 3 small rib bones (one broken) shaped to form implements, two have been pointed, the other cut to a more rounded or spatula form, from the Iron Age period, from All Cannings Cross Farm, All Cannings, Wiltshire. Excavated by Mr B H Cunnington and Mrs M E Cunnington, 1911-22.
