Description

Summary: A late Bronze Age or early Iron Age ceramic spindle whorl, found by Wessex Archaeology and Operation Nightingale at East Chisenbury Midden, 2016. The object is derived from badger-disturbed soil in the main midden. The spindle whorl is cylindrical, with incised decoration.
