Three sherds and smaller fragments of Neolithic pottery, excavated from Beckhampton Road Longbarrow by Paul Ashbee in 1964. The sherds have a black reduced interior surface and core, with a red-brown oxidised surface, and are tempered with very coarse, large fragments of crushed flint. They possibly represent sherds of peterborough ware. No record of the sherd's context survives, but they match the description of two sherds found in the plough-soil above the long barrow mound, and it is likely they have fragmented further since publication.
