Summary: a handbill, printed by Simpson, Devizes, advertising a meeting at the Bear Inn on 2 May 1831, with a list of supporters, for the purpose of agreeing an "Address to the King", thanking his majesty for dissolving Parliament to allow the people an opportunity of expressing their opinion on the conduct of its Members on the great question of Parliamentary Reform.
